For those not fully satisfied, a return request can be made within [30 calendar days] from the date the item was received. To be considered for a return, items must remain unused, retain the same condition as when received, and be kept in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also needed.
In the return package, your contact information and the reason for the return should be included.
It is important to note that all return shipping charges must be prepaid, as COD deliveries cannot be accepted.

Upon the receipt of your returned item, an inspection will be carried out and you will be notified of its arrival. Subsequently, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund, which will be based on the condition of the item.

The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer. Should a refund be issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. It should be noted that certain items are not eligible for a refund:
